This is one of my favorite desserts that always reminds me of the holidays. It’s super simple to make and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- Graham Crackers
Filling
- 1 Large Package of Cool Whip
- 2 Boxes of French Vanilla Pudding Mix
Chocolate Icing
- ½ bar German’s baking chocolate
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp white Karo syrup
- 1 ½ cup Powdered Sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Line baking dish with graham crackers
- Mix pudding mix according to directions on package
- Fold Cool Whip into pudding
- Spread ½ of mixture onto graham crackers
- Add another layer of graham crackers
- Spread another layer of pudding mixture
- Add third and final layer of graham crackers
- Add icing:
- Melt chocolate with butter, milk and Karo syrup.
- Beat mixture with powdered sugar
- Spread icing onto top layer of graham crackers
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving
